چکیده
Aim: to evaluate the dynamics of leukocyte inflammatory markers in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) depending on ejection fraction left ventricular (LV). Material and methods. The study group consisted 23 consecutive STEMI admitted Regional Clinical Cardiology Center Chernivtsi, who underwent successful reperfusion treatment by PCI. To markers, a complete blood count (CBC) was assessed at admission, day 10 hospital stay background optimal drug therapy. Results. It found that reduced (LVEF) (group 2) admission had significantly higher (P < 0.05) an increase absolute neutrophils 0.01) markers: neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) 0.01), monocyte-to-lymphocyte (MLR), systemic immune inflammation index (SII) response (SIRI) aggregate (AISI) 0.05), integrated (III) 0.05). On treatment, analysis showed 2, NLR SII remained than preserved LVEF 1). At changes leukocyte-based under influence therapy PCI, decrease NLR, MLR, SII, SIRI, IIII, LMR were observed. Conclusions. CBC identifies risk adverse cardiovascular events determines measures regulate activity process STEMI.

Long-term impact of postconditioning on infarct size and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction
BACKGROUND Ischemic postconditioning (PostC), reperfusion in brief cycles, is known to induce short-term reduction in infarct size in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), especially among those with large myocardium at risk (MaR). The aim of the present study was to investigate the long-term effect of PostC on infarct size and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). ME...
متن کاملEvaluation of ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention
Introduction: Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a reperfusion strategy to increase life expectancy and ejection fraction (EF) in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. We investigated the effect of location, severity, type of lesion, number and type of vessel involved and time of angioplasty on the increase in EF in STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI (P-PCI) a...
متن کاملPrevalence of severely impaired left ventricular ejection fraction after reperfused ST-elevation myocardial infarction.
BACKGROUND Preventive implantation of an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) early after myocardial infarction failed to demonstrate a survival benefit in patients with depressed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). This may be explained by early recovery of the LVEF after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We sought to determine the incidence of a sustained LVEF ≤35% in p...
متن کاملThe effect of eight weeks of moderate-intensity endurance training on myocardial capillary density, ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening fraction in male rats with myocardial infarction
Background and objective: Vascular obstruction and impaired blood flow and oxygen delivery cause a myocardial infarction and limit a personchr('39')s function. Therefore, finding a way to create new arteries and replace blocked arteries has always been of interest to researchers, including exercise physiologists. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of moder...
متن کاملPrognostic power of global 2D strain according to left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction
BACKGROUNDS We aimed to evaluate the predictive power of longitudinal and circumferential fibers according to left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in successfully reperfused acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. METHODS Total 691 patients (age 59±13, 20% female) underwent clinical evaluation and conventional and strain echocardiography (Global longitudinal strain (GL...
